January 2026: Financial aid application opens for all returning families.
Families interested in financial assistance must submit their application at the same time as re-enrollment.
To expedite financial aid decisions, families may submit their 2024 tax information in lieu of waiting for 2025 tax returns.
The financial assistance application can be found on the ollakers.org website under Admissions, then Financial Assistance (left tab). A $45.00 application fee (payable online to FACTS) is required.
April 8, 2026 (Deadline): Current family re-enrollment. (Detailed instructions for re-enrollment will be sent in a separate email.)
Re-enrollment is completed online for all returning students, including updating personal information.
Financial assistance applications must be submitted at the same time as re-enrollment (financial aid is limited and awarded based on need).
All current families are guaranteed enrollment if they complete the re-enrollment process by April 8, 2026.
A $200 non-refundable deposit per family is due at the time of re-enrollment. (Re-enrollment will not be confirmed until the $200.00 deposit is received.)
Important: Families that do not re-enroll by the March 27, 2026 deadline are not guaranteed enrollment.
Class sizes, sections, and available seats will be determined after re-enrollment is completed.
